Red Light District / Dramatic Improv

Come take a walk on the dark side of town and explore a side of your improv game that you didn’t know that you had in you, dramatic improvisation! This workshop will push you to the edge in committing to your choices and connecting with your scene partners, verbally, physically and emotionally. Deep, intense and not for the faint of heart, go all in and take a trip to the Red Light District!

Rapper’s (and non-rappers) Delight

Are you afraid of rapping or even rhythm? It’s much easier than you think. Within two hours, you’ll be much more confident with your own rapping abilities and surprised at how much it brings to a standard improv show. Hip Hop 101 will teach any “geek off the street” (Regulate – Warren G) how to spit “more rhymes than the Bible’s got Psalms” (Jump Around – House of Pain).

Welcome to The Nest Theatre’s Improv4Kids Camp!
A five-day experience in the summer for kids 11-14 to try improv and play their hearts out and make new friendships.

Dates: June 17-21 2024  / 10am-230pm daily
Times: 9:50am dropoff – 230pm pickup
Enrollment cost: $300 all inclusive*
Ages: 11-14 ONLY (rising 6th-9th graders only)

A five-day experience in the summer for kids 15-18 (finishing Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Seniors) to try improv and play their hearts out and make new friendships.

Dates: June 24-28 2024  / 11am-230pm daily
Times: 10:50am dropoff or entry – 230pm pickup
Enrollment cost: $250 all inclusive*
Ages: 15-18 ONLY (rising sophomores, juniors, seniors and grads only)
