The Nest OTE is holding a Soundscape! It’s an incredible experience with good vibes and fun connection in a low stress environment.

Soundscapes are a healing way to connect with other people without judgment and release tension and anxious energy. Led by a guide who will call out gentle directions to the group, we follow the flow in sound and connective support. Fun, calming – and to our knowledge, this is the only Central Ohio experience like this as a short class.

Soundscape is a wild ride that beatnik artists in the 60s & 70s used to get in sync with one another. Sometimes it is used in performers lives to generate scenic material/generate writing ideas, but this style instead will focus only upon release and calm of connection without networking, and joy without invention.

Have a fun, unusual Monday night and let go of some garbage and sink in to a happier week. Expect good feelings through the joy of working in tandem with other participants.

The room itself will be a yoga-like environment; Bring a mat or small blanket to relax on and some water.
Capped at 10 participants.

Arrival 655pm – we will be heading up together right at 7pm. No late arrivals permitted. Parking lot in back of 700 W Bryden.
