Finally, a yoga class for the new, the the frightened, the interested but nervous, that are searching for newfound joy in the body to themselves. Nest artists, performers, and students will be there – but all general public folks will find solace in this easy-going, non-judgmental community welcoming everyone.
Our Nest yogi is teaching a class based on accessibility for all bodies, concentrated on building presence by connecting people to their own bodies and breath. From our teacher, Bron: “In this class, there will be focus on building breath and personal body awareness, 20 minutes of movement, a 10 minute seated meditation, and a 5 minute savasana of rest at the end. This class is exciting to me because I see a lot of similarities between yoga and improv in their shared emphasis of building presence and authenticity.”
Join us for an hour of goodness in a warm, magical spot this January!
