Chicago and globally touring veteran Tara DeFrancisco pulls one person at random out of the audience to perform a fully improvised set. The “Co” is the star. Running from 2011-2016 each week at iO Chicago, and now brought to tour to US places like Detroit Improv Festival, Improv Festivus in Virginia, The Improv Retreat in Wisconsin, and internationally to Germany, Poland, and London – defrancisCo is hailed as a bohemian progressive show in our artform. Chicago Tribune called the show a “cult-hit” and “not to be missed”; This show is proof that improvisational tenets can do more than create dynamic inspirational shows – they can make magic happen between two humans. Come be a part of the feel-good feat that is defrancisCo.

Additionally, after the 30 minute defrancisCo, Tara and her friends run Round Robin – Rance Rizzutto and Joe Teeters will be pulling more folks from the audience to do scenes, moment to moment, with each of them. Not to be missed!
