Commando is a form designed and used by casts in Chicago to generate suggestions and scenes, again and again. Simple in form, this structure is playful, fast-paced midform that reminds us to play confidently, get inspired by suggestions, and utilize mechanics from longform and shortform to keep up the energy. (This will be led by Tara & Rance, who had to use Commando style sets as actors for bonus acts after their Second City scripted performances, as well as teach the form to newcomers.)
